Equity Initiatives is your Bridge to Success An uplifting journey of empowerment toward education and employment.
Mission: Increase the High School graduation rate of: African American Males, Latin X Males, Women of Color ...who are 22 years of age and older.
What: Support each student in earning their high school diploma through:Personal Mentoring, Monthly Cohort Employment and Skill-Building, Networking Events, Creating Individual-Specific Career Pathways ...in order to attain high-quality internships and meaningful wage employment.
How: Each student will be assigned: A Mentor, An Individual Teacher, An Academic Counselor, State-approved Academic Curriculum, A Laptop with Internet Access
